For those of you who don’t know what traffic is, traffic is the visitors that come to your site. A site with a lot of traffic has a lot of visitors. More visitors in most cases equals a higher online earning potential to earn more money.

In most cases the information on blogs is one of 2 things, either timely or timeless. When I read blogs, I find what I’m looking for and often times when I look at the date it was published, more often than not, it was published anywhere from 3-5 years ago. This is an example of how some content can be timeless. A blog written about the Covid-19 pandemic would be considered timely because this is a current event in our society.

Blogs provide motivation for others. A blog written in the right way, speaks to its readers and inspires them to achieve something. Some authors add humor to their blog and make their readers laugh.

Some blogs provide real stories that readers can relate to and this is motivational. These posts create an “if I can do it, so can you” kind of a feel or effect. Sometimes that is the push or swift kick that people need. Often times people purchase information from self-help books. But I advise all readers to save their money, and visit a few blogs on the topic first.

As an editor and ghostwriter, I work with many authors who take their content from their blogs and publish it in books. In some cases the authors who do this, are authors of self-help books. So my inside scoop is go to the blog first.

What I often encourage the authors I work with to do, is make sure their book is more detailed and it elaborates on their blog posts. So this way they give their reader something more and something different.

The reason that motivating others is related to your own online earning potential is simple. What we put out as people, is what we attract. Like attracts like – the law of attraction. We have to motivate others to continue doing well ourselves.

Some people mistake and think they can’t earn money online because they don’t have a computer or their computer is too slow or too old (as I write this on a MacBook from 2013). That is not the case. With the emergence of Smartphones and Apps, the possibilities are now endless. Find easy freelance jobs

As a freelancer, I can literally do copy and paste jobs. For example, a prospective client may message or email me the text they need proofread and it can range from 1 sentence to several paragraphs. From there, I send an invoice. Once the buyer accepts, I can copy and paste my revised version or put the text in Google Docs and send them the Google Docs version.

With this system, I don’t have to get up to turn on a computer and I can even do jobs like this while waiting in line in a retail store (I have done that many times). I share this with you so you can see the possibility to have a huge online earning potential when I combine my blog with my freelance services.

Blogs can be updated

As a blogger myself, I often explore other blogs in the make money from home genre. What I often find is blogs published in let’s say 2018 with viral posts, will have several updates to those posts. One common update in this genre is when people share their earnings reports.

I recently read a very humbling blog post from Ling at insavvypanda.com. Ling wrote a few posts where she documented her monthly earnings along her journey to accumulating a few thousand monthly in blogging revenue. All great post by the way! But what was humbling for me was the fact that one of her updates to one of her posts was how she would no longer be posting her monthly earning reports.

In addition, to Ling at insavvypanda.com, I want to mention another very successful blogger I recently came across Virginia Nakitari at Earn Smart Online Class.com. Last year, she wrote a post discussing her earnings as a blogger. One of the highlights I want to mention, is that she posted her earnings as motivation to other bloggers out there. The point I want to make as I reference these 2 very successful bloggers is exactly what I stated above: 

“These posts create an “if I can do it, so can you” kind of a feel or effect.”

As you can see, as a blogger and a writer, I am also an avid reader. I read lots of blogs about information I am interested and equally important information that I write about. So although I have my methods for improving and maintaining a huge online earning potential, I continue to acquire additional knowledge used by many of the experts before me. 

One piece of advice I learned came from Michelle at MakingSenseofCents.com. In her post titled “5 Ways I Made My Blog Go Viral – 2,000,000 Views A Month in One Year!”, she hit on some pillars for being a successful blogger and having a huge online earning potential! Talk about an inspirational post…

In addition, Michelle discussed her and husband’s journey of launching their blog which included preparing pre-launch posts or getting blog posts ready before the site went live. This was big for me because again, I am also a ghostwriter.

As a ghostwriter I write a lot of content. I recently realized some of that content goes towards the pre-launch posts that Michelle was writing about. Bingo! Content, content, content, before you even have a web hosting account.

Make blogging mutually beneficial

I love blogging because it offers me an escape that benefits me and my readers. I can write to and interact with my audience compared to being a ghostwriter where I just write for an audience that I will never engage with, while at the same time supporting the person claiming the text in their pursuit to tapping into the huge online earning potential from the posts.

If I could leave my readers and potential bloggers with 1 piece of importance advice, it would be, to write and write often. Notice, this doesn’t mean publish everything you write. I have come to the realization that sometimes I need to delete drafts I have written, and I am ok with that. Thank you again for tuning in. In closing, a blog is like an investment. What you put in it will greatly impact what you get out of it. Just like any other reasonable investment, there is huge online earning potential in a blog!

My Vision for Working from Home

In 2007, I had this vision of working from home and making thousands each month; I could see myself “smoking a cigar like a boss.” I kept this vision for years. What did happen, I earned over $13k online within a few years from my websites. I got into having a cigar every now and then, and I learned how to earn money from my computer by tapping into my skill set. I taught myself html and css and begin designing and monetizing my websites and blogs.

This was in alignment with my vision. I didn’t need to go anywhere to do this work, it was free for me to get the customers, and I could work when I wanted to.

Avoiding Mistakes While Earning Money Online

Knowing my path and obstacles which include but aren’t limited to getting severely underpaid as a freelancer, I want to help others become successful with earning multiple streams of income online. I believe failure leads to success. People that fail and never achieve success, didn’t fail but rather they quit before their failure led to success. So don’t interpret this as you have to avoid mistakes as a metric of your success, that is not what this means.

What I am saying here is, I will share the mistakes I made trying to earn money online and you can avoid going through those steps. By all means learn from your mistakes as well but it does not make sense to do exactly what I did and experience the same set backs. Try new things and reflect often and you will be well on your way to thousands in earnings online each month, I guarantee it!

Last night, I made $10 in 3 minutes from my bed!!! I was ecstatic, that is why I just had to publish this post!

As I lay in bed, and my wife and I were preparing to watch Waco on Netflix, I got an alert on my phone from Fiverr. It was a repeat customer asking me if I could do express editing!!!

As you can see from the screenshot, my phone was dying and I had placed it on the charger only moments before. I also turned the sound alert off for Fiverr notifications for the night so not to wake anyone up.

But once my phone screen illuminated, all I could think of was “Money, Money, Money, Money” – Theme song of Ted Dibiase The Million Dollar Man (back when wrestling was good)! 

Anyhow this request was perfect timing. My wife got up to brush her teeth. I downloaded the document titled “4” (from screenshot) and created a $10 offer. The document was 6 sentences long and the spelling, word choice, and grammar were all awful.

Easily Make $100 Per Day Online Without a Computer Right Now!

To make $100 per day online without a computer is easy if you simply put the right structures in place. First, let’s talk about automating the task to do so as much as possible. Again, this goes back to setting up the right platform, which in my case is Fiverr. Fiverr has it’s pros and cons but when it comes to automating my ability to make money online,  Fiverr helps in a big way.

As you can see from the screenshot this is from today April 28, 2020. When I woke up I already had a customer order in cue for $15. This goes back to the automating process I brought up briefly above. In order to make $100 per day online without a computer, you need some automating power. 

Automating will allow you to accumulate orders while you sleep. I didn’t not interact with this client until I woke up and received the alert on my phone. But as you can see that was about 1 hour after the order was placed.

Again, the power of Fiverr! Fiverr allows profiles to be set and orders/services to be purchased with no interaction between buyer and seller. Of course I interact with my buyers, but only during my waking hours. This results in improving your reputation and credentials on Fiverr. 

The last thing I want to say about automating relates to not having a computer. If you think you can’t make money online each day without a computer, you are very wrong. When I used to frequent various libraries around my state, I would often see computer labs overflowing with patrons. To access and set up a Fiverr account, you can simply use a public library. Fiverr isn’t on a blocked list, there is no nudity or inappropriate content. 

Think about it like this, you want to make $100 daily and you don’t have a computer, go to the library, a friend’s house, family members house, or use a smartphone to download the app. To create your account you may need to go directly to Fiverr.com 

Other than that, you simply need to set it up and create a regular schedule of when you will check in. Also, one way to support automating is create a timeline for all jobs that is manageable. I offer 24 hour delivery for editing documents up to 500 words. This is manageable for me, even if I can’t check my account multiple times per day because I have at least 24 hours to finish a job.

Using Multiple Sources for your Online Income

I also use my email and Paypal to make $100 per day online. Again this is something you don’t need a computer to do. Why not? Because to access email and PayPal you can use the Gmail & PayPal apps on your smartphone. Or you can go to the library, a friend’s house, family member’s house, etc. All you really need is the chance to access the internet at least 1 time per day. This enables you to see request for orders and process invoices. 

Now, I am going to share how I did this process similar to Fiverr today on April 28, 2020.

Again, as you can see in this screenshot, this was sent today April 28, 2020 first thing in the morning. I checked my email and had a request from the repeat customer to review her essay consisting of approximately 800 words. I replied and sent an invoice.

One strategy that gets me a lot of customers via email or my website The-Professional-Proofreader.com
is that I charged $10 per 500 words. While on Fiverr, I charge $15 per 500 words.

My customers get the same service and turnaround time, but as a token of my appreciation for their business outside of Fiverr I provide a generous discount which also offers Fiverr’s excessive Buyer and Seller Fees.

Another strategy I employee is retaining as many repeat customers as possible. Both of these screenshots come from repeat customers.

  • Create your process for automating.
  • Attract and retain repeat customers.To create a process for automating look into setting up your Fiverr seller’s account. Create your gig. When it goes live, that means you are ready for customers to view your profile identify your services and make purchases without communicating with you. Attracting and retaining repeat customers is all about customer service. “Under promise and Over Deliver” (I saw that watching Waco on Netflix), but I have heard it many times as a freelancer. Go above and beyond.For example, yesterday I proofread and edited an 8500 word literature review chapter of a dissertation. I agreed to just do chapter 2 of the document, however I did the reference list as well. Over deliver and you will be glad you did. In some cases you may even get a tip!

Businesses along with public places may be closed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, but there are still ways to Make Money Online During Covid-19. Furthermore, there are businesses that just haven’t ceased their operations, and those are online business including but not limited to Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer.com, and many others. Most people hear the word job security at a time like this and we can agree it seems up in arms. But what about “online job security?” Amazon has even increased their hiring, same with Instacart. My Fiverr income was seeing record highs leading up to the Pandemic becoming widespread by March (2020) of this year. 

There is one thing that has remained constant for me through all of this: I must continue to make money online during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This will keep money in my savings account and it will also reduce my credit card balance, keeping my credit score improving each month.
